3 items aren’t fit with my iPhone 16 Pro which I told your agent when she offers me the items in order to renew my contract I report such issue when I visited your office at Marjalhamam. They raised a case of such problem but no one has called me to solve the problem yet. Also, the service provided by your office at Marjalhamam was poor. Lots of clients waiting for long time because 50% of the staff are not on their desks or busy on their personal phones
